Hope Mill Conservation Area The mill is a working water-powered mill. You can tour the mill and talk to volunteers who are using the antique equipment and creating things for sale there - proceeds to Hope Mill restoration. Every Sunday afternoon, from July 4 to August 30, and Tuesday afternoons from May 18 to September 28, (2010), you are invited to visit the Hope Mill for a demonstration of the sawmilling operation. The mill will be open to visitors from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A $2.00 admission will be appreciated.
Indian River Reptile Zoo Over 200 reptiles. Here you can see snakes, lizards, monitors, alligators, turtles, crocodiles, and even special guest animals such as monkeys and more! The animals are housed in state of the art, climate controlled facilities which were specifically designed to house reptiles.
Lakefield Heritage promotes the heritage of the historic downtown core of the Village of Lakefield, through heritage walks and tours.
Lang Pioneer Village Nestled along the banks of the historic Indian River close to Keene, Lang Pioneer Village Museum features over twenty restored and furnished buildings constructed between 1820 and 1899.
Lakefield Trail Lakefield Trail is a 5.5 km. trail which, after meandering through the Village of Lakefield, connects to the Trans Canada Trail via the Peterborough County Rotary Trail.

Petroglyphs Provincial Park largest known concentration of Aboriginal rock carvings in Canada. Carved into the white marble rock face hundreds of years ago, the 900 petroglyphs depict turtles, snakes, birds, humans and other images. Hiking trails meander through surrounding forests, wetlands and rocky ridges.

Warsaw Santa Claus Parade & Tree Lighting Nov. 26th The parade starts at 5:00 p.m. at the Warsaw Public School and continues through the village. The tree lighting ceremony will follow the parade and children will be invited to visit with Santa and receive a treat. People are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations for the Warsaw & District Lion's Club food bank. The Lion's Club will also be collecting clothing and non-perishable food along the parade route.
